The Himalayan Golden Oak is an adventure and travel agency in Manali, Himachal Pradesh (HP), which is approved by the Department of Tourism & Civil Aviation Govt. of HP. Our agency's motto is to promote the adventure activities in the Himalayas with visitor satisfaction and safety.
The Agency is run by mountaineer Eenam Thakur a professional and experienced guide to the province.

The Himalayan Golden Oak Adventure and Travel Agency were created by Eenam Thakur. Eenam is professional mountaineer, Trekker and guide from Manali, HP India. They were born and raised in Manali and is dedicated to promoting his hometown and surrounding regions to Visitors from around the world.
Our Mission
At the Himalayan Golden Oak Adventure, our main aim is to inspire you to push yourself further - to discover what you are capable of - and to have fun while doing that. We believe that challenge and adventure, packaged with unadulterated nature will impel you to achieve more than you ever thought possible, show compassion for others and do your bit to create a better world. The key to this, we believe, is to promote natural resource sustainability, economic viability and cultural integrity through sustainable tourism development. We enable our clients to experience remote areas, to view pristine natural beauty and to learn from the cultures of the Himalayas without depleting natural resources or degrading cultural identities.
Our Management
We feel that it is an ethical obligation for us to educate our clients to the potential risks and hazards inherent in all outdoor programs and activities. We believe that it is our responsibility to provide quality curricula, skilled staff and sound risk management plans and procedures. Our clients and our reputation are extremely valuable to us. We are honored to work with quality people and maintain an excellent reputation. Toward that end, risk management and safety is of paramount importance to The Himalayan Golden Oak Adventure. Our safety record is excellent. Staff competence and sound operational procedures are the core of our risk management system at high altitude. We are proud of the overall quality of our staff screening, training, evaluation, and operating, emergency response and evacuation procedures. Consistent emphasis is placed on accident prevention, judgment and decision-making that occurs during planning of our courses. Our risk management procedures and practices meet or exceed industry standards and are constantly re-evaluated and improved as needed.
Hi, I am Eenam Thakur and I am an outdoor / climbing guide to the Himalayas. I love everything about it - the vast open spaces, the mountains, the people and the opportunities it gives me as a climber and a human being.
